"Yoga is not for the flexible. It's for the willing." - Anonymous
Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini yoga classes, known as kriyas, are designed to awaken and circulate the
powerful kundalini force within you, guiding you towards self-realization and inner
peace.
Through the components of this class - pranayama, meditation, mudra, asana, sound,
and mantra, we awaken this energy and guide it up through the chakras. As the
kundalini energy rises, it clears blockages and activates each chakra, leading to a
profound sense of self-awareness, spiritual growth, and ultimately, self-realization. It’s
like an energetic wake-up call for the soul.

This guided flow will bring you not only through a series of physical postures, but also offer guidance to the energetics of each pose as well. We will slow down our movement from pose to pose, take the time to appreciate, understand, and embrace each movement and each moment of stillness. Unwind from your travels, and settle in to yourself and your own rhythm to carry through the rest of the festival.

Restorative Yoga

In this gentle restorative class, we’ll melt into cozy, supported shapes that allow the body and mind to settle. With the support of props, stillness, and silence, you’ll give your nervous system time to reset. Restorative yoga embraces the healing power of slowing down and creating space to reconnect with yourself. This is an invitation to pause, breathe deeply, and allow yourself to simply exist.
Hatha & Sound Bath

We start by settling into the space and into our bodies. You will then be guided through breath and gentle movement that will activate your parasympathetic nervous system, and facilitate a rest and reset in the body. We move (gently) for around 30-35 minutes. A guided relaxation and sound bath finish out the class leaving you feeling calm and rested and ready for whatever comes your way! I hope to see you there.
Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation also known as "yogic sleep" or "effortless relaxation". The practice draws our attention inwards, and we learn to surf between the states of wakefulness and sleep, where our body finds its natural state of harmony. The unconscious and conscious aspects of the mind reveal themselves, and we fall into an innate state of deep, blissful awareness.
In this relaxed state, we can then feel our thinking mind slow down and welcome what arises without judgement or analysis; we welcome images, feelings, emotions, and memories. We become aware of our true, unified nature - expansive, inclusive, and deeply restful.
Pranayama & Priya

These techniques make an excellent warm-up and can help support more comfortable, confident playing on any instrument.
