We are outdoors moving around - dress for comfort with layers and wicking fabrics. Loose tops that fall over face during a forward bend are not recommended. Bring festive ware for evening time dance!
Some of the classes (particularly art) are limited to approximately 20 participants or so. When you check in, ask for sign up opportunities. We will not hold spots prior to the beginning of event, and seek to give everyone a chance to attend what they want.
Absolutely! Yoga is for everyone. We have a dedicated children’s area that will have activities, classes, and performances. Children over age _____ require a ticket and consistent adult supervision. Teens may not attend without accompanying adult.
If camping and staying all weekend - a tent, groundcloth, mattress, cot or groundpad, sleeping pad, blanket, pillow, toiletries, clothing, rain gear, umbrella, flashlight, bug spray, food and snacks, campstove, dishes, drinking water and water bottle. Items of both comfort and whimsy encouraged including dancing attire and props. If staying nearby - yoga props and anything you need for the day. Also encouraged to bring musical instruments, journal, art supplies, altar items.
Gnome Gardens is located atop a hillside with a steep gravel driveway. We do not recommend trailers or oversize vehicles. If this is your situation, message us and we will try to place you nearby.
This event is rain or shine unless the weather is deemed unsafe. We have a large event tent and covered spaces to continue the schedule as planned. Please bring an umbrella and rain gear for your comfort.

Yes! We are working with a vendor in Bloomington to provide fresh and healthy fare (with both vegan and gluten free options) that will keep you going all weekend. We also have a coffee vendor so all your energy requirements will be met. Bring cash for vendors as it is always appreciated.

We do not allow illegal activities here. We discourage intoxication and see this festival as an opportunity to embrace temperance and focus on other aspects of community gathering. Please help maintain the vibe.
Yes, primitive camping is included with general admission tickets. There are port-o-pots and outdoor handwashing and a shower. If camping is not your cup of tea- stay nearby at a cabin or motel. We hope to encourage time in nature and offer the benefit of a beautiful outdoor setting. We also plan to offer glamping options - just show up and have accommodations waiting!
No, please no animals including service animals in most cases. The venue is a former farm and livestock guardian dogs adjacent to property occasionally come by during events to say hello and offer protection. It is safer for everyone when additional dogs are not present. It is also easier for you to do yoga and relax when you know your dog is safe elsewhere.
Yes, absolutely! Yoga is for everybody and every body. Our schedule offers a variety of classes with several suitable for your first yoga class ever! If you are unable to sit on the ground, you should check out the chair yoga class. There are also flow, art, dance, and drumming opportunities suitable for people at every level. Bring mat and props if you have them.
